SuS GmbH is a medium-sized company with many years of experience in the development and manufacture of testing and shut-off technology for sewers and pipes. We have also been developing optimum solutions and products for sewer rehabilitation for 30 years.
We are proud to develop our innovative products together with our customers and manufacture them locally in Schwerin. Our aim is to constantly optimize all our products so that our customers can achieve the best possible results in their work.

The variable pneumatic pipe plugs (sealing cushions) meet the highest requirements for the secure sealing of pipes and ducts. The strong profile grooves ensure a secure hold in the pipe and duct area. The very robust and hard-wearing material is resistant to industrial and waste water.

The SuS renovation packers have been specially developed for use in sewer rehabilitation. They are used to repair localized damage to sewers and pipes.
A leaking sewer can pose a danger to the environment. If an inaccuracy is detected, you must react immediately. For this purpose, the affected area is cordoned off by means of a blocking plug, among other things. A fiberglass mat impregnated with resin is then placed around a renovation packer. The cured fiberglass mat encloses the switching point and the pipe can be used again immediately.

If sewage pipes are newly laid by civil engineering companies, they are tested using the classic “pressure test with water as the test medium” leak test method. This test procedure is regulated in the DIN EN 1610 standard for newly laid wastewater pipes and sewers. Shut-off washers are used to close a wastewater pipe.

The SuS pipe stop washers are made of a high-quality natural rubber sealing ring in combination with galvanized steel components or aluminium components. The shut-off disks are provided with a passage (test connection), which is closed with a dummy cover.
Pipe shut-off washers with 2 sealing rings
The SuS pipe stop washers are made of two high-quality natural rubber sealing rings in combination with galvanized steel components or aluminium components. The second sealing ring improves the stability inside the pipe.
Test bubbles
The flexible pipe test bladder consists of a high-quality natural rubber jacket with a fabric insert and an internal hose. The jacket ensures secure sealing of pipes in the sewer area and the hose ensures optimum flow of liquids. The versions are available in the pressure ranges p=1.5 bar and p=2.5 bar and in the application range of DN 50 and DN 2200.

Pipe stopper with cover plate
The pipe plugs with cover plate are made of high-quality NBR sealing material in combination with galvanized metal parts. The special feature of the stopper is the design with a cover plate. This secures the plug against slipping into the pipe to be sealed. Stainless steel versions with silicone plugs and/or with 2 sealing rings are also available.
Silicone pipe stopper
The silicone version of the pipe plugs is made from a high-quality silicone sealing material in combination with stainless steel. The silicone pipe stoppers are used to securely seal pipes and passages up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
High pressure closures
The high-pressure closures are made of a high-quality NBR sealing ring (nitrite rubber) in combination with galvanized metal parts. The maximum back pressure for high-pressure pipe closures is up to p=12 bar. The sealing plugs are used to securely seal pipes and passages for a wide range of applications with nominal diameters from DN 85 to DN 255.

Made from high-quality polyurethane foam, the foam pigs are used for cleaning and drying existing and newly laid pipes and pipe systems, among other things. The pigs are made from specially developed plastics and finished depending on the area of application.
