Description

Our bypass pipe test plug offer the optimum solution for larger flow rates. The blocking test plugs are manufactured from a central passage (bypass) made of stainless steel and a jacket made of high-quality natural rubber. This rubber fabric jacket can be easily replaced and is temperature-resistant from -20°C to 80°C. Thanks to their particularly high elasticity and flexibility, our test plugs adapt perfectly to a wide variety of pipe surfaces. The bladders are available in standard sizes for an application range from DN 100 to DN 1200.

The bypass blocking test plugs are used, among other things, for the reliable sealing of pipes in the sewer area while simultaneously filling or testing the internal pipe pressure.
